After one or two emails and a phone call we agreed on a new memorial stone, a price, and a completion date. I had to arrange a flight and could only stay in the UK for a short while. After I arrived, I drove to Blackburn to find Stevenson Memorials’ office.

All the work had been done several days ahead of schedule and it was exactly as promised. A 100% job.

Stevenson Memorials is a relatively small family business. Indeed I think I met all of them in the Blackburn office. On the walls are pictures of the six generations of craftsmen going back to the 19th century. I would not, however, want to leave anyone with the impression they are behind the times. They use top-notch computer aided design for their memorials and all of their business communication is professional and up to date...

May I take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent work that you carried out on my Parents and Grandmother's Kerbed Memorial, both in the preparation and erecting into position.

The end result, far earlier than I anticipated, was exactly as you had described. I was under the impression that the erection would not be carried out until the summer months, therefore when visiting in Easter Sunday, I was shocked but highly delighted to find a beautiful memorial for my family. I am sure they are proud. The craftsmanship of the carving is excellent, please pass on my thanks to the person involved.
