On behalf of all the family I write to confirm my telephone call and to Thank Everyone at Brent Stevenson Memorials most sincerely for the excellent job you have done with the new headstone in order to include all our family due to the recent bereavement of our Aunt: Edith Walmsley.

We realised there was more than normal "Names" which meant more lettering, but must admit - it has been done very tastefully and does not look too "busy".

The time factor in carrying out this work was exceptional and we are all totally delighted with the outcome and glad we made the choice to have a complete new headstone.

Thanks again for all your help and advice.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you for your interest and involvement in our recent difficulties and for the major part you have played in resolving them for us.

We greatly appreciate your support, concern and professionalism during what has been a disturbing and distressing experience for us. The finished gravestone is exceptional and we are very impressed with it. At last we feel that we have a fitting memorial for two of the best parents anyone could have wished for. We are only sorry that we did not approach you in the first place.

Special thanks also to the two ladies with whom we dealt in person and over the telephone in both your Blackpool and Blackburn offices. They were unfailingly courteous, attentive and sympathetic towards us and we felt that they were behind us every step of the way, as indeed were you.

Thank you so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness in sending me a photo of my dads headstone. I admit i was a little hesitant at looking at it at first, it seems to have made everything suddenly seem very real but when i did look at it it felt right. It brought a smile to my face, and it was just perfect, exactly what we wanted. My family will love it especially the initials on the back which apart from my sisters Stella and Colette, no one else is expecting! My family are going tomorrow 'en masse' and will be ringing me on their mobiles so that i will be a part of the 'celebration" of our wonderful parents. Many thanks to Brent for his work and to you for keeping me in the loop, it meant such a lot to me to be able to be a part of the process from so faraway.
