BRAMM Accreditation - British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons

BRAMM is the British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons. Our Business Accreditation number is B00007, and our fixer licence numbers are BFL 007 and BFL 008. The numbers started at BFL 001, we were in the first batch of masons to be accredited in the whole of Britain. We asked for the number 007 so we could could say "Licenced To Fix !!!!"

Brent Stevenson Memorials is a member of NAMM, The National Association of Memorial Masons. NAMM is also forming a Register of Qualified Memorial Fixers - NAMM RQMF

THE REGISTER OF QUALIFIED MEMORIAL FIXERS

The National Association of Memorial Masons (NAMM) has introduced a registration scheme for nationally qualified memorial fixers/installers/erectors and memorial mason businesses. The Register is open to both members and non members of NAMM. This Register is a a simple database of memorial fixers/installers/erectors who have proven competency to install a headstone and base to the required standard as detailed in the NAMM Code of Working Practice, this being demonstrated by achieving a nationally recognised qualification:

The full S/NVQ Level 2 for Stonemasonry; or
The VR194 unit of the S/NVQ Level 2, Fix and Secure Masonry;  or
The NAMM Fixing a Memorial to the Code of Working Practice, City & Guilds Accredited Qualification.

The National Association of Memorial Masons is an organisation dedicated to furthering the memorial masonry industry and safeguarding the interests of the bereaved through the promotion of high standards, wide choice and increased understanding in all matters relating to natural stone memorials.
